Hi Everyone,
This will be a blog by me, The Calgary Consumer, highlighting great retail experiences as well as poor ones that I have experienced in Calgary Alberta.
I have found that the number of poor consumer experiences has been growing in our more modern society to a level that I can not tolerate. The only way to initiate change for those sub-par business is to impact their business.
From this blog I hope to encourage businesses to provide better customer services and commend those that already provide an excellent customer experience.
Along the way, perhaps I can help other consumers avoid some of the bad experiences or pitfalls that I have encountered.
